I was told there would be bumps in the road and they have started. Where a door closes another door opens. It's up to us to walk throught the door that has opened. My thought and Prayers go out to all who have been contestants on the NWHC and keep with your program on getting healthy. If you need some support or just someone to talk to my wife and I are always open for this.

ReplyDeleteThank you Bob. You and your wife are extroardinary people. My parents suprised me with a 24 hour gym membership! I love doing the classes there and think that gym would be the best for me. And I thank you soooo much for your gracious offer at snap fitness, but I figured you could use it.. or someone else that was on NWHC could use it. I don't need two! Let me know what you want to do. I'll meet with you anytime.
